At LandDesign / Southwest a typical project follows a development process in creating a landscape environment that best melds the needs and tastes of our clients with the characteristics of each site.  Initially we analyze a site, its natural features and distinctive character tics that suggests its special qualities and potential.  Once we have gathered as much information as possible as we develop a schematic Master Plan reflecting the relationship of structures and outdoor spaces.  With this Master Plan we provide a cost estimate sufficiently detailed to establish a budget for the project.

A typical package of detailed drawings include: Layout Plan, Planting Plan, Landscape Lighting Plan, Irrigation Plan, and Construction Details.
